Bamboo Toothbrushes

We offer a range of bamboo toothbrushes made from organic, sustainable and biodegradable Moso bamboo (a type of bamboo that is not a food source for pandas).

As bamboo is resistant to pests it means it can be grown organically and sustainably.

Whilst we would love to offer toothbrushes that are 100% plastic-free, unfortunately, we haven’t yet found an alternative to plastic bristles. However, the bamboo toothbrushes we offer by Truthbrush have bristles that are made from 62% plant-based castor oil and 38% nylon.

We also stock bamboo toothbrushes by Authentic House, the bristles of which can be removed and recycled with TerraCycle and the handles are biodegradable and suitable for home composting once you have finished with your brush.
