The BY SELINA Defining Curl Gel is half between a gel and a custard. It has a lightweight, non-sticky formula that helps give definition and hold to your curls. The nourishing ingredients in the gel help to  keep your curls strong, hydrated and shiny.

  • Irish moss helps promotes shine and revive dull or dry looking curls.
  • Red algae helps to repair hair damage and works to keep curls strong and prevent split ends.
  • Agave extract helps retain water keeping your curls hydrated.

Hold type

The defining curl gel has a medium hold and will create a cast in your curls that can be scrunched out to reveal bouncy, shiny curls.

It can be layered with other By Selina products such as the strengthening curl cream  or the hydrating curl gel.

How to use:

Distribute the gel evenly through wet or damp hair. Allow your hair to air dry or use a diffuser to fully dry and define your curls. As your hair dries, you will notice that cast will develop around your curls. Once your hair is fully dry, gently scrunch your curls to break up the cast.

This curl gel is available with a plastic pump or a metal screw cap. Keep your plastic pump and reuse it with the “refill” metal screw cap option.
